Terms of Cooperation with Market Accelerator

1. Who prepared these rules?

This is the official regulations of the company Market Accelerator. Our office is located in Olsztyn at 1 Kołłątaja Street. The company is managed by Andrzej Wierzbicki, who founded this business in September 2016. Since then, we have launched 287 different products. We operate on clear rules and expect the same from our clients. We do not play in legal complexities. This document determines what we do and what we require from you so that your product starts to earn its keep. To be honest, most regulations are written so that no one reads them, but with us, facts count, so we ask for a moment of attention. By using our site or ordering an implementation sprint, you accept these conditions without any exceptions.

2. What exactly do we do for your company?

We deal with implementation consulting. We do not do internet ads or pretty photos for Instagram. We focus on ensuring the goods physically reach the customer and an invoice is issued for them. Our work is divided into concrete stages which we call sprints. The first of them is field demand research. This involves our people leaving the office and talking to real buyers. We check if the price you came up with makes sense. In 2024, we advised against launching 12 products because the numbers didn't add up. Thanks to this, the owners of these companies saved a total of 1.4m PLN. The next stage is setting up sales channels. On average, we launch the first permanent sales channel, such as a wholesaler or store chain, in 19 business days. The last element is training your salespeople. It lasts about 38 hours of intensive practice. We sit with your people on calls and go to meetings until they start closing transactions at the appropriate margin.

3. Payments and cooperation costs

There are no hidden costs or fees just for being in touch with us. A concrete task is what counts. The basic cost of one stage of an implementation sprint is 4,850 PLN. You pay for the work performed and the reports delivered from the field. We issue a VAT invoice after each completed stage. The payment term is usually 7 days, unless we agree otherwise when signing the order. If you are late with the transfer, we suspend work on the next sales channel. We do not do this out of malice; we simply respect our time and financial liquidity. Remember that additional costs, such as product samples for tests for wholesalers, are on your side. We give knowledge, people, and contacts to decision-makers; you give the product and the budget for its physical introduction.

4. What do we require from you?

Cooperation with us requires honesty. If your product has flaws, we must know about them immediately. Without fluff—if you hide quality problems from us, we won't deliver results. We expect you to be in constant contact with us. Our team checks facts in the field and we often need a quick decision regarding a change in price or delivery terms. If you don't reply to emails for a week, the implementation time will extend from the promised 19 days to several months. You must also provide us with access to your salespeople if we are to train them. They must want to learn new methods of closing sales. If your team resists and doesn't want to change old habits, our work will go to waste. The margin of the whole project counts, not whether the salesperson feels comfortable in their comfort zone.

5. Copyright and confidentiality

Everything you get from us—market research reports, databases of potential contractors, conversation scripts for salespeople—becomes your property after the invoice is paid. You can use it as you wish within your company. You are not allowed, however, to resell our work methods or share our scripts with competition. These are our proprietary methods developed since 2016. On the other hand, we guarantee full discretion. Your recipes, purchase prices from the manufacturer, and development plans are safe with us. We do not brag about your company's data with other clients unless you give us written consent for a case study. We respect commercial secrets because we know how hard it is to build an advantage on the market.

6. Responsibility for results

Trade is an extreme sport. No one in their right mind will give you a 99.6% guarantee that every product will succeed. We guarantee reliability and that we will check facts in the field as best as we can. Our effectiveness in launching sales channels is 94.6%, which is a very good result, but there is always a margin of error. We are not responsible for sudden changes in law, trade wars, or the fact that your manufacturer suddenly stops delivering goods. We are responsible for giving you black-on-white information whether the market wants your product. If our research shows that the goods won't earn their keep and you still decide to produce them, you do so at your own risk. We will deliver the data and contacts, but the final signature on the agreement with a retail chain is made by you as the business owner.

7. Termination of cooperation and disputes

You can stop the contract for a specific sprint at any time, but you must pay for the stage that we have already started. We do not bind clients with long, burdensome contracts. We believe that if we deliver results, you will want to stay with us yourself. Most of our projects last from 3 to 6 months—from idea to first invoice. However, if any dispute arises that we cannot resolve over coffee in our office in Olsztyn, the case will be settled by the court competent for our headquarters. We apply Polish law. We hope it never comes to that, because we prefer to spend time on negotiations with wholesalers than sitting in court. We act honestly and expect the same from everyone who works with us.

8. Changes to regulations

The market changes, so we also have to update our rules sometimes. If we change something important in this document, we will inform you about it by email. Changes take effect within 14 days of publication. If after this time you still use our services or order new sprints, it means you accept the new version of the regulations. You will always find the current date at the bottom of the page. We take care to ensure everything is transparent and without unnecessary complications. Market Accelerator is a place for concrete business people who look for margins, not legal problems.
