Mariusz joined Market Accelerator in March 2017. He has 14 years of real work in trade behind him, most of which he spent on the road with customers. He doesn't teach from colorful slides. He himself has traveled thousands of kilometers as a sales representative. In our company, he deals with organizing processes that have one specific goal: higher sales with lower effort.
In 2023, Mariusz led a project for a window manufacturer from near Ostróda. In 7 months, the sales team raised the margin by 4.2% on every order. Mariusz didn't theorize in the office. We check facts in the field, so he went on 13 meetings with salespeople to catch errors in conversations. Thanks to this, he shortened the closing time from 19 to 11 days.
His method of action is simple and tough. First, the margin counts, and then turnover. He throws unnecessary fluff out of offers and teaches people how to talk about money without fear. If your sales department is standing still, Mariusz will find the cause within 3 business days. Usually, a change of 2 habits and the introduction of a simple results table is enough.
Privately, Mariusz lives in the Jaroty district of Olsztyn. Since September 2019, he has dedicated every free Saturday to restoring old motorcycles. He currently has 4 in his garage, including a rare model from 1983. This occupation teaches him patience. He brings the same precision to the business field when it's time to close a difficult contract for our client.
