Why Beata's numbers actually earn money?

Beata is not a theorist who only looks at bars in Excel. She joined Market Accelerator in February 2018 and since then she has screened the price lists and strategies of 214 companies from Warmia and Masuria. Her work starts where generic internet reports end. If your product is sitting on the shelf and not rotating as it should, Beata goes to the store, checks what the competition is doing, and why the customer chooses them instead of you.

In 2023, she conducted an audit for a frozen food producer near Ostróda. Instead of lowering the price by 10%, which their sales department suggested, Beata proved that changing the weight by 15% and adjusting the price by 2.34 PLN would increase the margin by 6.8% over the quarter. Facts in the field confirmed her calculations exactly 19 days after implementing changes on the shelves. Margin counts, not empty turnover that just looks nice in tables.

Beata prepares reports that can be read in 9 minutes. You won't find charts with her that contribute nothing to the business. Each table has one goal—to show where your money is leaking and how to recover it before the end of the month. We check facts in the field, so Beata often spends Tuesdays and Thursdays visiting distributors to see with her own eyes how salespeople talk about your offer.

Heads-up: Beata can be brutally honest during results presentations. If your price is plucked from thin air and the competition simply has a better product in the same category, you will find out at the first meeting. From idea to the first invoice, the path can be bumpy, and we aren't here to comfort you, but to make your goods disappear from the warehouse.

Her successes also include saving the profitability of a local bakery chain in March 2024. Thanks to her variable cost analysis, the company avoided losses at the level of 14,300 PLN per month by giving up three unprofitable products that were only blocking the production capacity of the ovens. Privately, she regains her strength by Lake Ukiel, but even there she sometimes analyzes prices in local fish fry joints. It's simply stronger than her.
